It has no equal in the region and is among the top 5 in Europe. There are some larger ones per area, but in terms of complexity it is clearly at the forefront.
Progép-Goldex Ltd. supplied two thirds of the baking machinery for the new bread factory in Lipóti Bakery, so as the main technology supplier we are happy to share the results and key figures of our years of joint work.
Lipóti already had a significant capacity nationwide, but this factory in Hatvan will quintuple(!!!) their production capacity. Yes, you read that right. They will be able to bake five times more than today.
It took 7-12 months to build the machines, with the significant capacity of the manufacturing company concentrated only on this project. The flour storage is still only special in size, with 5 silos of 60 tonnes each to serve the kneading. The total volume of the sourdough tanks is 50,000 litres.
